     Each day -- Monday through Friday -- an HSIPC Information Specialist reviews the Federal Register table of contents for items of interest to the Head Start community. These notices include funding announcements, proposed regulations, final regulations, notices of correction and meeting notices that are issued by agencies throughout the federal government.
