Casamassimo, P. Ed. Bright Futures in Practice: Oral Health. National Center for Education in Maternal and Child Health, 1996.
     Provides oral health promotion and disease prevention guidelines for children and adolescents from birth to age 21. Topics include oral health supervision, risk assessment, outcomes measurement, accessibility, and essentials of oral health. Also discusses development and implementation of oral health programs and staff training.
